Rovers Town Coffee — Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

 

1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders using trusted, registered courier partners across India. Most of our coffees are roasted in small batches or roasted to order, which may add a short preparation window before dispatch.

Dispatch Timelines
  • Metro Cities: Typically dispatched within 2–4 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: Typically dispatched within 5–8 working days

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations: Addi4tional transit days may apply

These timelines may vary based on roast schedules, order volume, and courier constraints. We prioritise freshness and quality over speed, so certain coffees may require extra time.

Order Updates

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping notification

  • Tracking details via email and SMS

Tracking may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.

Remote Area Surcharges

Orders from remote PIN codes may attract additional courier fees. You will be informed of such charges before order completion.

2. Returns & Refunds — Coffee & Edible Products

Coffee, once delivered, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to its perishable nature and strict freshness standards.

We will issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The packaging is tampered, or

  • The wrong item has been delivered.

To request a replacement/refund

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Product details

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

You may also call us at +91 91870 87778 for assistance. Once the claim is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

3. Returns & Refunds — Gear / Equipment

We offer a 5-day return window for gear and equipment, only in the following cases:

Eligible for Return
  • Manufacturing defect affecting normal use of the product

  • Product delivered in damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return
  • Damage due to improper use

  • Incidental damage caused by malfunction or wear and tear

  • Consumable items that have been used or installed

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Digital products or services

  • Issues related to performance variation (e.g., heat retention, flow rate)

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, or branded box

  • Damages not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Charges for value-added services (gift wrap, personalization, express delivery)

Condition for Return

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all labels, accessories, tags, and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Even in the case of manufacturing defects, original packaging and accessories are required.

Returns should be shipped to the address mentioned on our website. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we begin roasting, processing, or preparing dispatch — and cancellations are not possible.

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Product(s) to cancel

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
